This is an awesome early 80s interview Mick Garris conducted with David Cronenberg, John Carpenter and John Landis. It's now an extra on the Criterion dvd for VIDEODROME (1983), and me thinks it should be essential viewing for all film freaks. So watch it.

I've been really bored lately, so I threw together a video essay/montage of my favorite films of last year. I was inspired by the work of Matt Zoller Seitz and Jim Emerson, although nowhere near as professional as their stuff. If nothing else, enjoy the music by Mogwai.
