not familiar with the Rwby characters that make up half of this movie, but even if I was it wouldn't help me get passed the appallingly ugly animation style it's done in. With nauseatingly clean 3D character models that all look like they're from Budokai 2 ; and it's 2023! That game's look got a pass in '03 only because of Toriyama's already aesthetically pleasing bedrock designs..

"I don't even want to be around anymore.."

I'm not saying there isn't an audience out there for content that looks this way, I'm just sayin' that I ain't it.. What's crazy is, with a lot more shading, surface detail, or lower frame rate, you get the far less ugly look of a BATMAN NINJA -- and if you go in the opposite direction via completely stripping characters of all shading, edges, angles, etc; You get the dreamy paint blob realm of things like AWAY (2019), FEAST (2014), or even Wind Waker.
