Fun concept hobbled by humdrum execution.. Good to see Casper Van Dien's mug in something again for more than a few minutes (that BATTLE ANGEL cameo was so brief). He was gold in Nicholas McCarthy's THE PACT.

one of the biggest director downgrades in movie history, as far as originals vs sequels go. + Holden is to this what Richard Burton is to EXORCIST II. Just kinda showing up to act tired & confused.. Fortunately the film at least has a few unintentionally funny bits.
