67) CYRUS
(2010 dir. Duplass bros.) 2nd Viewing: July 2 2010

Even though I've enjoyed everything I've seen by the Doople-Ass brothers (and like Mark as an actor quite a bit), I tend to walk away from their movies feeling as if there's something kinda unsubstantial about them. For what it's worth, this one left me feeling less lukewarm. It's actually pretty darn funny. 

Kudos to the charismatic cast. John C. Reilly is an invaluable asset to American comedy at this point.
