a bruising & slick little Boston crime pic. like a micro version of Mann's HEAT; it's got that doomed male loyalty thing giving all the gunplay surprising ache.

It can be irritatingly self-conscious at times, but it still somehow got under my skin.. I'd so overall it's an aight knock-off of Haneke voyeurism.
