The third instalment in Spielberg's “Historical Conscience” trilogy is still a technical marvel. Almost packs the same visceral punch that it did back in '98.

The HD transfer on the newer Signature Series bluray does great service to Kaminski's beautifully grainy super-35mm cinematography. A must own for all combat film enthusiasts.
