This started out exhilarating, with a detail-oriented quality equivalent to a film like THE FUGITIVE (1993). But later on it regrettably veers off into needlessly complicated territory & gets stuck there in the mud. Fortunately it's John David Washington's best work as a leading man (so far) & he makes the ride worthwhile
