feverish little meditation on if it's even possible for the vanguard of a movement to plan & pull off a "Zero Exposure mandate" during mass rectification; To bring no harm to the civilian sphere & avoid Post-Revolutionary Disillusionment.. The terrible price of remaking the world. Just how many eggs are we willing to break to make this omelette? This film grapples with all of that while being rendered via spooky good hand-drawn art.
