some dingus kid on twitter recently praised Roland Emmerich as "the modern Ishirō Honda".. Maybe from 1984-1996 you could say that about Emmerich, but at this point in his career I think the comparison is incredibly insulting to the late Ishirō.
This one at least has an inspired threat & is well edited; unlike the lazy INDEPENDENCE DAY sequel.
