I still feel like the post TOY STORY 3 sequels could all probably just be short films (see TOY STORY OF TERROR) but pixar gotta make that bread.. anyway, this was surprisingly thoughtful & possibly even "Heiney Toot" -- which is how my baby cousin pronounces "Tiny & Cute".
